Yeah, theres enough fan-service to keep the fans happy, be they male or female. Also, its certainly moving the story forward with ruthless alacrity; i think its best seen as a summary for fans who've played the game already to make reference to. I can imagine newcomers to Xenosaga will be a little daunted by the pacing, especially in relation to the sheer scale of the storyline; im just about coping, although im having to use my imagination a little to get through certain points in the story.

how does KosMos related to this

KOS-MOS has several black boxes from her original design only Kevin knew what did they do. They have a lot to do with the gnosis. Besides this, KOS-MOS has the widely available gnosis detection technology you can find in ships etc.

Other than that, Nephilim *might* have something to do, as she seemed to do with the activation of KOS-MOS.
